Janet C Rowell

Janet C. Rowell, 86, of Titusville passed away on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 under Hospice of St. Francis Reflections compassionate care. Janet was born on July 28, 1936 in Syracuse, NY to the late Alvin and Jane (Farnham) Hobron and graduated from Chittenango High School and Kueka College. She lived in Marietta, NY and Baldwinsville, NY before retiring to Florida permanently in 2000.

Janet enjoyed traveling and was an avid bowler.  She and her husband, David, traveled the country with their RV and enjoyed many cruises.

Other than her parents, Janet is preceded in death by her brother Allen Hobron and sister in-law Judith Hobron. She will be greatly missed by her husband of 59 years, David O Rowell; children Deborah (Jeffery) Southard and Lisa Rowell; 6 grandchildren Matthew Southard, Evelyn Rowell, Daniel (Alexandra) Southard, Jessika Southard, Emanuel Southard, Ellie Southard; 2 great grandchildren Sabre and Levi; a nephew Eric (Denise) Hobron and niece Pamela (Robert) Hobron-Hyland.
